What is Life Coaching?
Life Coaching is about creating a realistic and workable plan to get you from where you are to where you want to be.  Coaching sessions are a productive way to see tangible change in your life.

What is the difference between Life Coaching and Therapy?
Coaching is not diagnostic or clinical. Coaching is about wellness, making forward progress in life, identifying obstacles that may be standing between you and where you would like to be, and then developing a plan to move through those obstacles. Obstacles can take many forms. The focus of coaching is to move beyond what is limiting you in life and into the best version of you.

What kinds of issues do our clients resolve during coaching?
 Life coaching is effective for a number of issues.  Our clients have successfully worked through struggles with less severe forms of anxiety and depression, communication/ relationships, sexual assault, some types of trauma recovery,  purpose/ direction in life, spiritual direction, and many other types of issues.

What are our beliefs?
We believe that there is one God, who exists eternally as God the Father, God the Son (Jesus Christ), and the God the Holy Spirit.
We believe that Jesus is the Messiah who came to Earth in human form, lived a sinless life, and accepted death on the cross to pay the penalty for human sin and seperation from God.  On the third day, Jesus rose from the dead and ascended into heaven.
We believe in the Holy Spirit and in His presence and guidance with us.  We believe that He lives indwelling in believers.
We believe that humans are created in the image of God.
We believe that the Bible is God’s message to us written by humans inspired by the Holy Spirit.
We believe that all humans will live eternally with or without accepting the free gift of salvation and freedom that God offers us through Jesus Christ.
We believe in liberty in non-essential  beliefs.
